And after Norway, we're all flying to Italy together…

As you all know, we've spent years on building the South African wine brand as a whole in our market, and as the world is again open for travels we're very happy to invite all off you to Norway to keep the momentum going.

We want to do this huge roadshow to again put the wines of South Africa on top of mind, and made a tight and efficient plan to cover big parts of our market.

The tastings will mainly be aimed towards the private consumers, but we'll off course also invite Horeca-customers to join for the tastings in Bergen, and we'll do a separate tasting with only Horeca-customers in Oslo on Monday 5th.

Friday September 2nd – Bergen:

Arrival in Bergen.

Lufthansa and KLM is normally the airlines best connected with Bergen airport Flesland.

Magic Hotel Xhibition - A more basic hotel, but normally at a fair price

Saturday September 3rd – Oslo:

We've changed from our original plan of doing a tasting in Trondheim as a big opportunity arise in Oslo.

One of the biggest newspapers in Norway is organizing a big wine fair this Saturday, and expect more than 800 people.

At this fair there will also be other producers from around the world.

Departure from outside Kode 1 at 07.00 am.
25 minutes drive to the airport.

Flight at 08.45 with arrival OSL Gardermoen at 09.35. Please book this one with flight number SK 248

We take the train to Oslo city centre with expected arrival at the Central Station or Nationaltheatret around 10.30 depending on your accommodation.

The venue for the tasting is Akersgata 55 and we meet at 12.15.

Group 1: 13.00–15.00.

Sunday September 4th- Oslo

This day it's a tasting we organize together with one of the leading wine journalists in Norway, and Aperitif is allowed to sell tickets for the tasting.

We meet at the venue Oslo Scene at 11.30.

13.00-15.30: First group of people
Sandwiches available for everyone.
16.30 -19.00
Second group of people

Expected around 600 people in total.

Dinner at 20.00. We've booked The Little Pickle - British-Nordic cuisine

Monday September 5th – Oslo/Italy


Horeca trade tasting from 11.00 -15.00 at Ingensteds
Around 200 people expected.

At 15.30 we leave for the airport.

Departure 6pm with Brussel Airlines SN2284 with arrival Milano Linate at 22.15. One short stopover in Brussels. PLEASE BOOK!
This ticket is still very cheap, so we recommend you to book it as early as possible!

2+ hours drive to Castiglione Falletto in Piemonte. We'll arrange for the transport.

The amazing Luca Roagna have invited everyone to come and visit and will arrange for something special in the cellar.

Together with Luca, we'll use all the contacts we have to visit some of the top, top names in the region and see all the small details that they do differently than the others.

We'll also arrange for some decadence and nice tastings of older vintages.


Friday September 9th:

We'll arrange for the transport back to Linate and scheduled arrival Linate is at 9am. Departure Castiglione Falletto is 06.30.

From here you can fly wherever you want.

So in terms of costs ect, this will not be too big for you.

What is important, is that you book your flights now-now and not the week before traveling as many of you end up doing...

When your flights is booked, please send a confirmation email to ove@unico.no and linnea@autentico.no.

Please also inform us of any dietary requirements and where you're staying in Norway (name of hotel or address for the AirBnB etc). If you're sharing the room with anyone, please let us know as this makes the room logistics easier in Italy.
